Tikka Chicken Bites

Tikka Chicken Bites (serves 4)

  • 4 Chicken fillets – cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups double cream yoghurt
  • 3 tsp SATN Tikka curry paste / blend
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • fresh limes, mint, humus and SATN poppadums for serving

Cooking instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and coat the chicken well with mixture.

Marinade for 1 hour in the fridge

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan) and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes until cooked through.

Garnish with mint and serve with poppadums, humus and lime wedges.
